Data collection
The developer collects no personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, developer servers, or external AI services. Your paused decisions are not sent to the developer or a third party.
On-device processing
Titles, reasons, amounts, URLs, outcomes, reflections, and local-notification information are processed and stored on your device. When device authentication is used, the app never receives or stores biometric data.
Share sheet
A URL or text received by the Share Extension is passed to the app-group container on your device. It is not sent to a developer server.
Apple services
Apple StoreKit handles purchases and restoration under Apple's terms. Apple UserNotifications delivers optional local reminders on your device.
Exports, deletion, and permissions
You control exported JSON and CSV files. Delete on-device data in Settings → Delete All Data. You can revoke permissions, such as notifications, at any time in iOS Settings.
