Pause Before
Give an impulsive decision a quiet place to rest, then choose again after the moment has cooled.
How to use it
Tap + in Cooling, enter a title, category and pause. When it is ready, proceed, let it go, or give it more time.
Help
For notifications, check iOS Settings. Enable the extension from More in the share sheet. Restore Plus from Settings → Pause Before Plus. Export and delete data under Privacy.
Requires iOS 17 or later.
