Privacy Policy

1. Developer data collection

The App does not collect or transmit names, email addresses, advertising identifiers, location, todo content, or other personal data to a developer-operated server. It has no account system, advertising, purchases, analytics, or tracking.

2. Information stored on your device

Spaces, clusters, todos (title, notes, subtasks, due date, completion, star, and position in space), links between todos and their order, display settings, notification settings, and camera position are stored locally on your iPhone to provide the App’s features. They are not sent to a developer-operated server.

3. External services and permissions

The App does not communicate over the internet and does not use external services or camera, photos, location, or contacts permissions.

The App asks for notification permission only when you turn on Settings → Due Date Reminders. If you allow it, the App schedules reminders on your iPhone for todos with a due date, at the time you choose. The todo titles and space names shown in reminders are not sent to the developer. You can turn notifications off at any time in the iPhone Settings app.

4. Your controls and deletion

• Use Settings → Delete All Data in the App to remove saved spaces and todos.
• A file created with Settings → Export Backup is saved where you choose, such as the Files app. The App does not send that file anywhere; you manage it in the place you saved it.
• Deleting the App removes its data from the device. If you use iPhone backups, Apple’s backup settings apply.

5. Children’s privacy

The App can be used by people of different ages and has no feature designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
