1. Developer data collection
Shiori Diary does not send or collect your diary text, photos, audio, location, mood, or settings on a developer or third-party server. The app has no account registration, advertising, behavioral tracking, or developer analytics.
2. Information stored on your device
Diary text, photos, audio, location, mood, and settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual entries or erase all app data from Settings. Photos copied to the Photos app must be deleted separately.
3. Device features
The app may request Camera, Microphone, Speech Recognition, Location, Add to Photos, and Notification access for their related optional features. You can change these permissions in iPhone Settings.
4. Sharing and tracking
We do not sell or provide your information to third parties, and the app does not track you for advertising.
5. In-app purchases
Feature Pack and subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The app checks entitlement, but the developer does not receive or store your payment card details.
6. Backup and export
Backup and PDF files are created on your device only when requested. You choose where to save or share them, and the selected service’s privacy policy applies after the file is sent there.
7. Children’s privacy
The app is designed so the developer does not collect information that identifies users.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. Important changes will be described on this page.
